Some kind of Mint or Balm? Definitely in the labiate family. Any scent on the leaves?

Well, in the same genus anyway... catnip is Nepeta cataria. The neighbor's cat used to react to some of my catnips, but Nepeta subsessilis seemed to do nothing for him.
