A 2 day trip to river Uvac was just fantastic, so here are the pictures ( that really can`t describe this place for what it is!). This is also a reservate for the whiteheaded eagle, 10 years ago there were just 6 pairs of these eagles, they were very endangered, but now after all the effort of the people of this area, there are about 150 pairs. It is interesting that they have their male or female pair for life! So, from the water: and from above:

Wonderful photos and such a beautiful place! Thanks so much for sharing. How neat that you got to see the eagles. I am lucky enough to see a pair and their nest on my way to and from work every day. Quite a site!
