Shame on me - but I hope Kath will see this as I think she's the expert. Maybe there are others too?

I have bought two box shrubs, babies, about 25cm high, that I want to form into spheres. I don't think they have been trained yet, so they are fairly narrow and tall and need to be bushier.
How do I achieve that?
Thanks for any advice!
