Last night our speaker gave an informal talk on ho whe overwinter his fuchsias.

He would take pots or uplift plants from ground adn wash off soil then drench his plants with jeyes fluid over plants.

f leaves ars startign top drop he would help them along.

Repot into fresh compost and then cover pots with a poly bag and tie round neck, this would help to keep moist and not dry out.

If it was a standard he would do the same thing but then lay plant on his side flat and let the sap run.

Cover his plants with fleece. He said this method can be done in a heated greenhouse or a cool.

Should have been to my fuchsia meeting last night but too stormy to drive so never went.
Would have been interesting talk was about Bonsia Fuchsias.

And too day complete change of weather it so very mild 13deg.

Was buying blueberry bushes this morning and also saw fuchsias so could not resist they are only babies but they will grow.
Peppermint Candy and Blaze away both new to me never had these before.
