Author Message   Wanda  My Weather Posted on Saturday, April 26, 2003 - 09:26 pm:    This penstemon from Southeastern US is unusual because it prefers part shade to shade. I planted it last year where it didn't do much. It sort of went semi dormant this winter and is now strutting it's stuff! It's not quite as showy as the regular garden variety, but makes a charming woodland plant.
