I checked Tinkers data base, there is not anything that comes up for J.S.Gaynor.

Thanks Bruce,afraid I don't have any info at all on J.S.Gaynor,I recently received a plant from NCCPG Plant Exchange so it must be pretty rare,I will post a picture when it flowers and try and source the donor. Thanks for trying
