My Catherine Woodbury opened today. I had the group ID an unknown pink earlier and the verdict was Catherine Woddbury. I feel this bloom looks different and that the other one was a fuller petal? Anyway this is my tagged Catherine Woodbury.

This is what my Catherine Woodbury looks like (much like your labelled one). To me your other pink looks like a different variety, as you say the form is a little fuller and the coloring a bit different. Catherine does change color a lot, it's often quite purplish in cold weather.

Just for comparison, here's a photo of the same plant, after a couple of days of much cooler weather. Quite a difference.
