Even with all the daylilies I have -- some pretty fancy ones -- I still really like the fulvas. This one has been blooming since June.

I like them too. I think they are more graceful, the way they hold their flowers high above the foliage.

Yes these are quite common in Maine growing wild. I like them too, but you know I'm a sucker for orange..

I believe this is Kwanso, the original daylily. I have the vareigated one in my border, and it is gorgeous, with yellow, pink, and lavender all over it.

I like them too, I have both, Kwanso and the single. They can really take a beating here in Louisiana, no rain, too much rain, unbearable heat, they just walk right through it all.
