(AKA Azorina vidalli) Has anyone grown this spectacular plant? I planted a 4" pot of it in late fall of 2001. It's grown huge this year and branched out into almost a small shrub, but no blooms. I was hoping for some this fall, but nada. I don't have a picture, but here's the grower's pic and description... http://www.anniesannuals.com/signs/B%20-%20C/Campanula_vidallii.htm

Looks identical to a biennial I have grown called Canterbury Bells.I had it at my other home..It was not a prolific bloomer for me.I am sure it will get better results at your home..Such a pretty plant.

It's definitely not Canterbury Bells, Monique...at least not the plant I know as Canterbury bells. The foliage is very different. The leaves are about 4" long, 1/2" wide and very succulent looking; waxy and shiny. I am wondering if it's a biennial rather than a perennial though, since it grew so large this year but hasn't bloomed. I am guessing I will find out next year......

Hey Wanda has it done anything this year? We have a bunch planted in sort of dry shade at the garden in a protected site. They are pretty small though so I guess there is no hope of me seeing them bloom while I am here. Curious as to what yours are doing.
