Oh what joy, this hibiscus bloom has brought to me during this frigidly cold winter that we are experiencing. With the windshield factor, it is minus 41 below zero Farenheit in lovely southwestern Quebec. How I miss the warmth of the garden! However, I did bring "Hibiscus Alley" indoors for the winter, and this morning, it gifted me with the prettiest bloom! I'd love to share it with you!

Yes, Arlene, I bring in all my hibiscuses for the winter. My living room is a jungle! I am so happy when I see a bloom!

Have not tried to grow hibiscuses but have admired them when on holiday abroad. Beautiful that reminds me I better go and put some protective fleece on my camelia.
