Want them near my pond. Some in the ground and some in large containers. Here is a bit of information for you: Soak seeds a day or two before planting; Mix slow release fertilizer into the soil; Water often as these are bog plants; Sun makes them bloom and will not hurt them no matter what the temps climb to; If you want to collect seeds, do not deadhead the flowers.....let the pods turn black/brown in the fall before collecting; In the fall cut the plant down to the ground.
