Brilliant...especially the lawn lol! Did you returf or reseed it? There wasn't much left in the first picture was there. Love the red shrub...Euonymus alatus?

Ugh, that lawn! It drives me crazy. I think that was from the drought 2 yrs ago. It was either the lawn or the landscaping as far as watering & I chose more landscaping. I didn't do anything except put more seed down in the fall & hand pulled a lot of thatch & weeds out.
