I did not know, nor did anyone I asked. All I know is that I was out picking up dead twigs from it just about everyday and I didn't want to wake up one morning with the tree (or one of it's larger branches), lying in my neighbor's back yard!

Thanks Moira. I was hesitant on taking the tree out, but once it was done, I didn't feel as bad (especially since I couldn't do anything about it once it was taken down, lol)
