Put the rose cones on them and they lived! YEAH! Took me a good 6 weeks to dig up all the grass and drag it back.
Started to add things slowly, and they made it. Added that waxed rose climber , queen Elizabeth? cant remember name. at the left tower, wonder if that will live through the winter.
Didnt know WHAT to do with Serena, so. Made her into a planter. Not thrilled with what I planted in there though. have to figure out something. HAY!!!!!!! just had a vision. Merry Ann gave me her's yesterday! YEAH! Angie says snakes live in her's so time will tell. I think its at a good spot at the iris bed. I dont think those screws will keep it held down so teh bricks should help. It looks really crocked here , guess that ground is more slanted than I thought. So far I have 1 spider, 1 bluejay feather, about 53 apples, some coffee&filters, banana peels and a ton of grass in there. Maybe Farmer Joe will let me back behind his house and I can see what goodies are back there to add. This is gonna be soo fun!Plant Forum

This time last year was going to doctors 2 times a week for Venous statis ulcer, remember watching the seasons change and still going to doctors.Wondering when will I heal. I think that pain aged me more than I realized. That was a long 10 months Mim, still feel pings every once in awhile. No more holes though, makes me wanna puke to look at pictures of it. Hard to believe what a year can do. I think my back is still out of wack from walking so weird. From hardly being able to put your foot down and walk to getting all these gardens in yourself AND going to Kathy's class. She is so inspiring, she is healthy again and can walk with out a cane! She can rebound so can I. I think turning 50 has become a rebirth! Now. Grow out your hair and loose 10 pounds by Spring! YEah Donna! My hero! I know you are proud of me for hanging in there. I found my focus today I think I had a breakthrough. I could of stayed in class longer. Have to call Carolsue and tell her. Sure beats 6 weeks on your back with your leg above your heart. SEE...... and you didn't think you could do it and you did. And you thought you would loose your mind only to find out you only lost part of it .Now, If I could only stop crying when I think about it that would help.
