Leafhopper invasion every year

Author Message   Tater  Posted on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 - 03:24 pm EST :    For the last 5 years, leafhoppers have invaded and did major damage to my dahlias and I am sick and tired and I'm not going to take it anymore!! What types of control methods for these buggers does everyone else use? I have never had leaf hoppers.
