Let see a image. This sort must be DOUBLE. But ALL blooms were with open centre and one row of petals.
Must I destroy the sort? Or is there possibility that next year he will be double?

Well, it is up to you as to what to do. This is what I do, sometimes. Sometimes I give a dahlia a second chance and grow it one more year. Sometimes they do go back to fully double and sometimes they don't. I put a big tag with the dahlia that says open centers 2007. Then next year when it starts to bloom, I will know if it is still open center it needs to go one the compost pile. Hope this helps.

I would give them another year. I have had doubles that stayed single all year and doubles that will be single until later in the year and then return to normal.
