I see that Vesey's has it for their Canadian customers but not US ones. VanBorgerdian has it as part of a "pack": 5 rhizomes for $36.00 which is a bit hefty when you want just one. Veseys URL is: http://www.veseys.com/ca/en/store/springbulbs/newfor2008/choiceunique/edgeo fjoy

Be wary of a place selling dahlias that calls a Peony form dahlia an Anemone!

It is a pretty dahlia. I have never heard of this company, so don't know how reliable they are. Let us know if you get one and if it is really the one you wanted.

I've heard of Veseys but never ordered from them. You can check them out on Garden Watchdog. Looks like if you were to receive poor tubers, they are good about customer service.

I was going to purchase "edge of Joy" from VanBorgerdian but read a post somewhere that the person wasn't happy with them. Bulbmart is selling it on Ebay and I just purchased one last night. I sure hope that it looks that pretty in my garden. Linda

I purchased this dahlia "Edge of Joy" off of Ebay from Bulbmart or AHirtgreen for $5.99 and they shipped it to me right away. It's been in my fridge now for 3 weeks, I plan on starting it indoors in another week or so. Linda

I've been dealing with Veseys since I started gardening 5 years ago, but of course had heard of them my entire life and looked through Mom's catalogues every year - must be a Canadian thing but I've known about them for 40 years. I have tried out so many different companies just for dahlias alone, and even I am surprised by this -- 90% of my most beautiful dahlias have come from Veseys so far. Because of this, I decided this year to order a *bunch* of dahlias from Veseys and I did order "Edge of Joy". I currently have 3 Edge of Joys ready to bloom any day now (we had a crappy cold spring and dahlia bloom is REALLY late this year). I'll take photos of them and put them up here, so we can all see if they really are as beautiful as the commercial photo depicts. I doubt it, but I'm so hoping they are. Deborah P.S. Veseys has always been wonderful to deal with and customer service is consistently outstanding. The one time I wasn't happy with a particular expensive plant, they offered and gave me a refund even though I didn't ask for one.
