Collect maybe 30-35 black field crickets, not so easy to catch. I figured I give it a week or two and see how they do. I may try catching a few more, would like around 100. I suppose having a couple thousand crickets, I would get more castings, maybe next summers outdoor project. I put in a dish of soil also, maybe they will lay some eggs in the next two weeks, then I can put it in a warm spot and see what hatches.

I need something thats alittle stronger than worm castings, but also free. I also think crickets casting would be great for daylily's, crocus and cyclamen.
