Our neighbour has a huge crop of these and I know some are coming our way. Do you just peel and slice them?

Wow, what a wonderful crop you have there! My fig got frosted early in the season and I lost the fruits but it's recovered well so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for next year!

I love figs! My son got 'pruning happy' and cut about 1/3 of the branches off of my mature fig. It still produced a massive crop.

Fig preserves, fig jam, pickled figs, you name it! The preserves are the best on buttermilk biscuits.

And I have a Fig preserves Cake recipe that is DA BOMB!

Holy Macro!!
That really doesn't do the fig justice, in my estimation~
They are incomparable, aren't they?
