Between all my 'Alionushka' seedlings is a violet one. It is a hybrid between 'Alionushka' x 'Piilu'. A very dark flower.

Interesting seedling Ton, lovely flowers and colour. Is that/are those the first blooms?

Brian, the plant is about 1 1/2 year old. Next year I can make a choice between the seedlings.

That's very nice, Ton. I would love another picture when this one is fully open and a bit more mature. I love seeing what these crosses make ! Thank you for the pictures. Suzy

Very interesting seedling Ton. I have already said that imho integrifolia blood seems to be dominant, but this is rather extreme, since there is only one fourth integrifolia in the pedigree, the rest is LFH. And it does not show so in the flower. I intend to make some reverse crosses next year to check it all out.

Beautiful flower, Ton, and as Roger says, it is interesting that the flower is such an integrifolia shape with three quarters of its genes coming from lfhs.

Timo, It is not real climbing. I have pictures of the open flower and one of the half divided leaves.
