What a few of you had raved about..
And you are right ..they are soo good.
Oysters Rockerfeller..
Fred made dinner last night for everyone..DD's bday..mine combined..
We started with
Pancetta and goat cheese Crostini with toasted pine nuts
Oysters Rockerfeller
Warm salad of scallops,salmon,shrimp caviar..
Quail with a reduction that was cinnamon flavored,,wild rice and enoki mushrooms..
A dessert salad with mint and pears
A full cheese and grape platter
Dessert.
It was all so delicious and beautifully presented.
He really has a flair indeed.

Yummmmmmmmmmmm! The dinner sounds delightful! Oyster Rock... are a favorite of mine. I LOVE them.

This dinner I could have been invited to and enjoyed it like it was my last meal. Fred you a good guy and can cook for me anytime.
