I don't have a photo of it baked and served but this will give you an idea.. You can use your own dressings also if you favor another..just anythingthat goes well with pears and cheese.. I admit to loving Tilsit and pears:)like a little mouse. I had a reputation for my cooking, but in the last few years I have kind of leaned more on the 'tried and true'. I have seen some delicious recipes in this forum that have been just delicious. I've always meant to try your eggplant sandwich (I think you called it your favorite).
