I made this about 10 days ago and loved it..I thought the presentation was nice and the taste quite good. I don't have a photo of it baked and served but this will give you an idea.. This is baked then sliced on your bed of greens:)
I scanned the recipe as it is quite long in writing..short in prep..big on style:)

Diane..I thought for sure you'd be so adventurous in the kitchen:) Being a renowned cookbook author.. You can use your own dressings also if you favor another..just anythingthat goes well with pears and cheese.. I admit to loving Tilsit and pears:)like a little mouse.

Monique, I was. I had a reputation for my cooking, but in the last few years I have kind of leaned more on the 'tried and true'. I have seen some delicious recipes in this forum that have been just delicious. I've always meant to try your eggplant sandwich (I think you called it your favorite).
