A friend just called to ask for this recipe and I thought you might enjoy it, too. It's the easiest really good chocolate frosting I know. Best with good quality cocoa -- at least 10% cocoa butter. Glossy Chocolate Frosting 3 cups powdered sugar 1 cup cocoa 2 Tbl. butter, melted ½ cup oil (or as desired) dash salt 1 ½ tsp vanilla ½ cup milk (or as desired) Mix the above ingredients. Heat and stir until smooth. Do not boil. If you want a thicker frosting, reduce the oil and milk. If you cut these liquids way down and add nuts, you have soft fudge.

I love tried and trues..I had a ganache and a tried and true white/buttercream/wedding cake.. But not this one..thanks!
