Tonight I really enjoyed dinner..
I made a Rack of pork (frenched) encrusted with a mustard/honey/rosemary/garlic/sunflower seed coating..
It is slowly baked then served with a carrot juice/ oj/rosemary/ cream reduction..
Melt in your mouth.
Some recipes are just keepers.

No pics..by the time we eat..it's dark and my camera makes food look awful with a bright flash..I want to encourage you to try it not turn you off.I am going to work..when I come home if the master computer is free I'll scan and show all:)

and the last little bit top left corner of this page..It's easy as anything..took longer than the time prescribed though..cooked in in convection mode.
