Simple but GOOOOOOOD! No tomatoes in this chili.

I use Bruno's red chili powder. Bruno's red chili powder is quite spicy hot and the green chili powder is EXTREMELY spicy hot!

In saucepan brown 3 TBS. flour in 2 TBS. olive oil. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and stir to blend. Add 2 large garlic cloves (chopped finely), 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cooked chicken breast (cut into cubes), 2 cans (rinsed) black beans. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Serve with Sopopillas.

Bon Apetit'
