I would like to have ago growing strawberries in a house rain water gutter in my greenhouse.
Has anyone used this method?
And if so how did you find it good or bad?

I adore strawberries, Kathleen, but have always grown them outside. It was a strawberry box, in a raised bed, but it's now become a rhodo box, and the strawberries are a thing of the past. However, we have strawberry fields within walking distance of our house where we can either buy them picked or pick our own.
Sorry I can't really be of any help. I do know they need lots of sun and water, and this plant looks very healthy!

Success growing stawberries in a pot for the first time.
Think they will ripen when we are on vacation to the USA.

Real pleased so next season shall plant a bed of strawberries.
