This is so easy to prepare and is very tasty..could be a nice little luncheon..but we had it as a first course last night.. Pear,Avocado and Shrimp salad with a touch of fresh mint.. Just serve some mesclun.. arrange sliced avocado..half a canned pear..and cooked shrimp on a plate.. drizzle with the vinaigrette that is just mayo mixed to a nice consistency with the pear juice.. salt ..pepper and top with fresh mint..
It's delicious with garlic bread.. sorry we took a bite:)
It was prettier with the canned baby pears..:) I can't find them anywhere now.
