I made this last nite and we liked it enough to do again..
You'll need an empty can..I always have some..both ends off.. The bottom is a mixture of herbed goat cheese, herb cheese and some cream cheese..You soften it with the back of a spoon and settle it into the bottom of your mold on a pretty plate.. Chill.. The next layer are our roasted red peppers that have marinated in evoo and garlic and basil(I freeze them that way) chopped.. add a layer of fresh basil leaves to the cheese layer..top with the peppers..top with mre basil and top with more of the cheese mix..Adorn any way you like..Put mesclun around..a small drizzle of balsamic..Serve with crusty french bread croutons or crackers..

The presentation is very elegant and I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks.

All I have to tell my DH is that it's made with cream cheese and he will love it! Honestly, Monique, it sounds like a delightful combination!
