Last October I put in a new island bed containing a large rock. Some of you may remember how long it took me to remove the sod!

This year I have had to add a few plants because the drought killed off a few things, like poppies. It is still a first year planting and has a ways to go, but I am enjoying it.

Marie - it is looking really good. Another years growth will see a big difference but it looks great for a 1st year. I really like the grasses.
