I tried something new this evening - a Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter Sauce. Filling: Oven-roasted squash, figs, parmigiano reggiano, nutmeg Sauce: Butter browned with fresh sage leaves Homemade pasta dough was rolled out, filled, and cut. Cooked in boiling water until tender. Tossed in the hot brown butter and placed on the plate. To the remaining butter in the pan I added some lemon juice and cooked that down for a few seconds then spooned that on top of the raviolis. Top with more cheese and you have a feast!

Set a place for me. This looks and sounds like it is well worth the work.

it's not advisable to look at such things on an empty stomach...it looks delicious.

Oh my! There's a restaurant here that serves squash ravioli and I always order it. I don't have a pasta maker but I'd love to try this one, Greg.
