No recipes, just photos a a wonderful dinner last night. It was our gourmet group. One couple always has the lobster boil every September. They have purchased all the equipment and have the whole thing down to a science! I think they've done it for 10 years now. We help cut the cheesecloth and tie individual bags of shrimp, mussels, clams, etc. for the pot and bring the corn, tomatoes, bread, etc. It's a very casual, messy dinner, lobster juice, lemon juice, butter all over the fingers - brown paper table cover and lobster bibs! S'Mores by the fire embers for dessert (with Ghirardelli chocolate) The cooking fire and pot:

Susan..that looks like so much fun! Thanks for sharing the photos..It all looks yummy! Any crayons for the table cloth? Are you wearing the lobster shirt and taking a photo at the same time?

No crayons, Monique - we're too busy eating! I like the idea, though - I'll have to make a note on the calendar to bring them next September.

Susan that looks like so much fun not to mention yummy delicious. I love lobster and don't have it very often. This has made me want to run out to the fish market. Thanks for sharing this!
