Here's one:
CRANBERRY NUT BREAD
2 Tbl butter ~ 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange ~ ½ tsp salt
Boiling water ~ ½ tsp baking soda
1 egg ~ 1 C cranberries, chopped
2 C flour ~ ½ C walnuts, chopped *
1 C sugar ~ 1/8 – 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Put 2 Tbl melted butter into a measuring cup with the orange rind and juice. Add enough boiling water to make ¾ cup. Pour into mixing bowl. Add 1 well beaten egg. Mix well. Sift together twice, the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda; add to the liquids. Stir vigorously, then add cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 325 F for 50 minutes – 1 hour. Glaze with confectioners & orange juice, mixed. Drizzle with chocolate.
* I use pecans, toasted, then chopped

Thankyou very much Rosemary once I get ingred this week shall enjoy in my kitchen making your delicious breads.
Recipes now added to my recipe collection where my Mum is in care they are looking for recipes to add to their Xmas fundraiser can I print out your bread recipes and pass on to them please.
