Hello! Please be patient! I am new here. I recently discovered what look like aphids on my butterfly weeds (I think they should be called bushes...but I guess they aren't the same). Is this unusual?? WE live in the foothills of the mountains outside of Santa Fe, NM. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Also, should I prune them back for winter? Thanks! Peggie Churchill pegc0127@aol.com

Are you talking about Butterfly Bush (Buddleia davidii) or Butterfly Weed (Asclepias tuberosa)? Try a google image search on both and let us know.
