Recently we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday for which I baked several kinds of pastries. This is one of them. It's a Polish style cheesecake with a cocoa flavoured crust. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Thanksgiving.

Everyone you are welcome to come by and I'll cook and bake for you. I guess I could say I'm not bad in the kitchen...although I'm no chef Monique :) ...and yes my parents are pretty young. I guess in general people start families in their early twenties back home. Career comes later. Here life is different.

A good way, imo. You're very fortunate that your parents are young. They're fortunate as well, they can really enjoy the grand children in a different way than when they are elderly.

Oh my!! I wish I could crawl into that photo. Yes, please do post them! I wish you lived closer!! I'm hungry right now too but it's too late to eat. I have to forget I saw these.... at least for tonight.
