Well, we had a gathering last night . . a wine and cheese and other sundries.

I had left over red, orange and yellow bell peppers, pineapple, and some interesting rice made with Thai Sweet Black Rice and Thai brown rice. What to do with it?

Add some chicken, broccoli, garlic, ginger, soy and mirin and you have

Sweet & Sour Chicken with Thai Sweet Black Rice

I have never tried black rice..Do you cook it a special way?
