I like tea in the afternoon..
I had to work today...but before leaving..I had planned Tanya's Crazy Shrimp casserole..and added fresh mushrooms like Susan:).. how nice is it here?

And I NEEDED cookies.I just need a bit of a not so sweet once in a while..I like using this ceramic cookie mold..but would love another recipe ..I always make shortbread..Anyone have tried and trues for these molds?Instant pop outs..no stickies:)

I love the look of that mold, Monique! I have never tried one - really haven't seen one so cannot comment on it. Where would I look?

I made shortbread today also! Probably my favorite cookie now:

Thank you Tanya and Monique for the links! Ouch - they are pricey.
The individual molds aren't bad. I think I'll so some research locally before I splurge.
I noticed that they recommend using recipes without baking powder so they don't
rise and spoil the mold so I'm not sure what other recipes would be suitable, Monique.

Just because I can never resist an internet search challenge (even if the challenge was created by me in my own mind hehe) I did a search as well. Brand new..the ones Monique found seem to be about par for the course in price. I did however find quite a few listings on ebay. Even with shipping they would be cheaper, and ummmmm "well seasoned"!
