Do you ever just see something that you just have to try? Well this pie looked good, and it was!! Light and airy.
Pink Lemonade Pie 1-8oz cream cheese at room temp 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate 4 drops red food coloring 1-8oz cool whip thawed 1- graham cracker crust OR short bread pie crust Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy, add lemonade and food coloring. Fold in cool whip and mound in crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Any kind of concentrate and food coloring can be used.

Any chance you could post the sweetened condensed milk version. I love anything with SCM! Elise

INGREDIENTS: 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie crusts. Refrigerate until completely chilled. When looking for this one, I came across on that has both cream cheese and condensed milk (add one can to Linda's recipe above). I warn you..this stuff is rich! But yummy.
