Just wanted to share this pic(not the best quality). I am definitely upgrading my camera this summer. I was really pleased at the second year show this plant gave me.

These look really great. Almost like a bridal bouquet. Typical me - I like the leaves the best. Is there anything besides that one fence post holding them up?

I am definitely a beginner when it comes to clematis and have learned a lot in this forum. This morning I looked for the marker naming this plant and of course it is missing! However, searching my garden journal I had a few clematis on my wish list for last year and I believe this is Comtesse de Bouchaud. Please correct me if I am wrong. I will take a close up pic this summer.Charlene, I made a tomato cage shaped form out of thin wood slats and covered them with invisible netting. The clematis clings to it very well and no visible support is apparent. With the wonderful sources posted I am looking forward to adding more of these beauties to my garden this year.
