Dear Forum On entering the Fair Nordiska Trädgårdar (Nordic Gardens)I saw the stand in a distance
and on entering I found a known Buddie working, selling clematis from a selection shown in this picture
She also showed her camera in action
and I got permission to be photographed together with her.
The weather is still very winter like here with snow and low temperatures especially in the nights. We long for a spring but fear that we have a delay of several weeks. Best from the Stockholm Fair BengtS

Dear Forum I forgot to say that the clay pots seen on the desk are especially designed for clematis propagation in the 1940ies by Dr. Johnson. They were made here in Södertälje and there were pots for rooted cuttings, 1st repotting and second repotting for sale to customers. There is also a larger pot for mother plants. Further there is a series for alpine plants which ar tiny. The pots come from the nursery founded by Dr. Johnson in 1932 where we live and have our private garden today. Best BengtS

Hi! It was very fun "working" at the Stockholm Fair and meet Bengt and some other Swedish ClematisBuddies!!!! And I got invitations to visit some of them to have a look at their gardens and clematis. Of course I bought some clematis (triternata Rubromarginata, Blue Princess, Propertius and some other things too.) But the weather is still awful here in Sweden (snowing today again - no Spring ) so I didn't dare to drive, it's more than 500 kilometres (one way). Had to take the train. And I need a new lens. Bengt has a very nice lens to his camera, the Canon EF 28-135/3,5-5,6 IS USM.....
