We've had an early spring and I already have peas, lettuces, carrots, beets and radishes sprouting. Of course I always wait in great anticipation for my garlic to produce. The bulbs go into the ground in the fall and they are the first to come up in the spring. Here's my garlic patch this year:
And a closeup:
Peas if you please:

Your garlic looks great, Greg! A view of some of mine:
Look at the Elephant garlic at the end, already noticeably larger than the rest of the plants:

I am envious!! I should do more edibles..love to garden..love to cook:) I have not been lucky in the past with produce. Do u braid your garlic boys? It must be so nice to add your Homegrown things to your meals.

Thanks, Ladies! I love eating things that I grow, especially since it is completely organic. I almost braided last year, but ended up just hanging them on my kitchen wall...maybe this year. I also plan on adding lots of fresh garlic to veggies I can this season.
