Here is something else to add to the 'soup'. Pak Choi 'Joi Choi'. Grows fast is crunchy and versatile. My favorite green. Pic taken 10 minutes ago of seedlings planted 2 weeks ago.
With a little luck, I'll be eating it in another 2 -3 weeks. (Well a stalk or two, anyway, )

Yes, my pac choi has also sprouted. I planted it around the garlic bed along with several lettuces.
