They get sick on weekends when staff is away and get cured on Monday mornings usually.

Hi all
As you have noticed, we've been having some down time with our server recently. Most of this has been the result of some heavy-duty hacking attempts originating in South-east Asia. At present, if the server feels 'threatened' it shuts down its web services. Unfortunately the hacker(s) favour weekends and we can't reset the server until someone is back in my department on Monday.
We have plans to put the CotW server behind a heavy-duty firewall shortly, but exactly when is down to colleagues in the Computer Services department. Until then bear with us!
