This was bought to us as a water fountain. We changed it into a flower fountain. This year with the heat it has grown particularly well. The begonias are a great bedding plant and flower all summer All Wonderwoman's work

Agreed; very well done. You must have fairly mild weather to have begonias out in the open like that. Even here, they scorch in direct sun.

Full sun in Northern Ireland is definitely not the same as full sun in Texas The same fountain has daffodils and primulas, and sometimes snowdrops and crocuses, in early Springtime

I see that Rain ... but surely somebody lives in Texas???? Even if it is intolerably hot there I really have no idea at all as to what your temperatures and sun strength are throughout America etc

Sam Spectacular and wonderful hard work but must give you a lot of pleasure I am sure. I like your photo of begonias but when I saw your Spring Fountain fell in love with it . Absulety STUNNING. Thankyou for sharing such a spectacular show.

I love that fountain and I love begonias too. I have quite a few clumps of begonias throughout my back yard and they too have survived major sun and a record heatwave. Mine have been in constant flower since Spring. I will try to overwinter them. They are so hard to photograph, but here's a sample of mine:

I did the same thing. But on a WAY smaller scale. She is lookin a tad wild in this photo., has since gotten a loverly haircut. LOVE YOURS>!!!!! Oh my goodness. and that teahouse or what ever that is next to it is SO nice . I am unemployed now if you are looking for a weeder(hint hint)........
