Do you enter these things in the state fair???? Well ya should.... How does Copia taste....that would make such a beautiful stuffed tomato.

State Fair? No, then I would feel like Wisconsin, not my home state, had swallowed me whole. LOL! Copia is very juicy and flavorful. I was a little disappointed in the one above, since cut they usually look more marbled. When I slice a really pretty one, I will post a picture. Mmmmmm...I love stuffed tomatoes. Good idea.

How'd I miss this??? hehe You goof! What is your home state...I am sure they wouldn't mind. I have two home states now. My Washington air conditioned home and my hot spicy Louisiana home! The best of both worlds I think. Ok, so how's this..enter some canned tomatoes and call it Charles' Fabulous (insert home state)Canned Tomatoes!
