I grew a bunch of Nasturtium. Never munched on them before, but heard you can. Maybe have to try that today. Eggplants and everything looks great

I love the nasturtium leave. I'm so happy mine survived our recent frost.

Looks great, Marie! I have had such a steady stream of eggplant that I have had to give some away, freeze some and I still have lots on the way. It has been one of my best eggplant producing summers. I am keeping a wary eye to the impending frost, so that I lose as little as possible. This weekend over 120 cloves of garlic and about $200 worth of a variety of flower bulbs go into the ground, if the rain lets up. Yes, Mimi. you can eat the flowers and leaves. ;-)

No zuke is ever too big! Slice it in half longways, get rid of the seeds, scrape out some fleshy part, mix it with sausage and stuffing, put it all back in the hollowed out shell and bake it. My absolute favorite. I hate it when I can't find zukes big enough to make a nice boat.
