A message along the lines of this one has already been posted on Cyclamen-L, but in case there are any members of the Society here who do not read the Cyclamen-L website, here is a short update regarding the December issue of the Society journal. It's looking extremely likely that the journal will not be ready to send out to members until early January, so anyone who might be wondering where there copy is can put their mind at rest that it has not been lost on the post. Perhaps now is a good time to ask any members of the Society who post or lurk here to consider writing material for future journals. Ten page essays aren't a requirement - just a paragraph or two are fine, unless you feel an essay coming on... Pieces don't have to be uber-technical either - experiences of growing from seed, cultivation of certain species, observations of plants in the wild OR in cultivation, problems with cultivating particular species... the list of subjects is endless. All pieces are always gratefully received, and there are several people on this forum whose experiences of growing cyclamen would make a great piece for the journal. Details of who to send an article to are usually published in every copy of the journal.

I don't think so Berthold. The name change will stick as far as I know. The journal is late for other reasons. Probably to do with a few articles coming in late, which can be forgiven - I would rather my copy be late but contain interesting articles, rather than get it early or on time but empty.
