How easy would they be to grow,just oven roasted carrots courgette and sweet potatoe in a little olive oil pepper and papprica for half an hour along with roast potatoes .

I do not boil potatoes first just peel and wash then pop in oven for half an hour.

Very tasty.

I've grown Sweet Potatoes 2 times. They generally need 100 days from planting 'slips'. Home grown are extra tasty but they should 'rest' for a few weeks after harvesting, to let the sweetness develop.
The forecast is for a hotter than usual Summer this year so I may grow them again.
