Hi, does anybody have experiences with growing Crosne (Stachys tuberosum) ?
I tasted them last year in a restaurant, - delicious! Now I got some planting material from Austria. What are the ideal circumstances for this plant? And will it spread as aggressive as I am told??

Here is a link to a page that has quite an extensive bit of information on the growing, and harvesting of crosne.

At the bottom of the article are a number of outlets that sell both tubers and plants.

Most interesting! I shall be growing some Crosne (Stachys affinis) this year if I can get some tubulars. Thanks for bringing them to my attention.
