I have seen it, Mimi, but have not grown it. One ornamental that I would love to try is Medusa.

Hi Mimi Black Pearl grows to about half a meter. They produce small round black fruits that mature to red. The fruits are edible and quite hot.

Potager, loved looking at your veggie pics. Great compositions! I grow leaf beat, but know it as Swiss chard. It's one of my favorite leafy greens next to arugula. Is that a photo of your potager? It's beautiful.

Thanks for your kind words about the photos, Cindym! Most of the photos are from our own garden, but a few are from other gardens, for example the one from France. I guess you're right, leaf beet is better known as Swiss chard (english is not my native language). I'll probably change it some day.
