I did this the other night I have made another and have plans for several more! Its fun and easy- i want to do some themed ones next,fairies,christmas and daylilies

What a neat idea and they look wonderful. How on earth do you get hold of bowling balls? Can't exactly smuggle them out of a bowling alley unless you pretend you are pregnant LOL!

Just go to the alley's and ask if they have any they want to get rid of People leave them or they get chipped -but they usually have some to toss out. I did 2 clay flower pots last night! :)

Absolutely gorgeous!! ...and you call yourself- Notmartha- HA- she's got nothing on you!! Are they sealed with something like Verithane so you could tuck them out in the garden? I can just see them peeking out from under a shrub in my garden- have to do the bowling- ball-under-the-shirt thing & get me one to experiment with >:) Happy Thanksgiving to all the garden buddies.
